Location: Alexandria, VA or Columbus, OH

About the Role:

The firm seeks to fill an immediate full-time position for a Data Analyst to join our growing team. Based in our Virginia or Ohio office, the Data Analyst will assist the Senior Data Analyst and VP of Data & Analytics to innovate new products, data streams, and business opportunities.

The Data Analyst will also help operate and improve the firm’s outward-facing software products and service data projects across multiple clients, ranging from campaigns to issue-based advocacy groups. This is a full-time position at FlexPoint.

We are looking for someone who is imaginative, innovative, and driven by a passion for finding creative solutions to big problems. The perfect candidate is someone not afraid to challenge themselves and push the envelope, setting big goals, and finding new ways to take advantage of the ever-expanding developments in technology.

To be qualified for this position, you should hold a college degree with significant course work in computer/data science or have at least 1 year of experience working with complex technology. You must also be comfortable receiving feedback. It’s a major plus if you aren’t afraid to wear multiple hats on a growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Track and report competitive data to inform client decision-making
  • Manage, monitor, and onboard clients to the firm’s data management platforms
  • Plan and execute media buys
  • Assist and inform the Senior Data Analyst and VP of Data & Analytics
  • Assist and inform team members with sales and execution
